Content Submission Policy

This policy covers any photos, videos, or other content you submit to MajorHustler through this site ("Your Content"). By submitting, you agree to the following.

License you grant us

By submitting Your Content, you grant MajorHustler a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, modify, and create derivative works from Your Content — or clips and portions of it — in any media or format, including on our website and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others).

This includes the right to use Your Content in material that contains advertising or sponsorships, and to feature it in compilations.

Non-exclusive means you keep your rights too. You can still post Your Content anywhere else, license it to anyone else, and do whatever you want with it.

What you're promising

• You recorded it. You personally captured the footage you're submitting.
• You're 18 or older.
• No exclusive deals. You haven't signed away exclusive rights to this footage to anyone else.
• People in the footage. To the best of your knowledge, the people visible consented to being filmed, or were filmed in a public setting where there's no expectation of privacy.
• It's truthful. The description you provide accurately represents what's in the footage.

Credit

We'll credit you the way you asked when you submitted (your handle, your name, or anonymous). If we mess up the credit, let us know and we'll fix it.

We can say no

Submitting doesn't guarantee we'll use Your Content. We review everything and only feature what fits. We can also remove featured content at any time.

You're responsible for Your Content

You're responsible for making sure Your Content doesn't infringe anyone's rights, break any laws, or contain anything illegal. If someone comes after us because of something in Your Content, that's on you.
